Thomas G. Alday, III

Mr. Alday has been active in real estate since 1983. He has worked in the lending, appraisal, real estate consulting and development segments of the industry. In addition, he has provided appraisal and consulting work for the Federal Home Loan Bank Board and the Resolution Trust Corporation.

 

Tom has been associated with Interlachen Financial Group since 1995 as a commercial mortgage banker. Interlachen has been engaged in commercial mortgage production for approximately 20 years. Interlachen’s clients include 20 Life Insurance Companies as well as several banks. Interlachen’s servicing portfolio currently consists of 230 commercial loans with a total loan amount in excess of $700 million. The individual loans are primarily concentrated throughout the southeastern United States.

Jane Anne Burnett 

For His Glory, Ministry

Titusville, Florida

Ms Burnett was born in Springfield, Ohio and raised in St. Louis, Missouri.  She moved to Titusville Florida in 1967 and has lived in Brevard County ever since. Jane Anne graduated from Titusville High School and has a BA in History from University of Central Florida.

After a ten-year period of working in the grocery business, she entered the commercial insurance industry and was a commercial insurance agent for 25 years.  Jane Anne’s dream job was always to be a teacher and that finally happened in 2002 when she became a special education teacher for 15 years at Devereux, Florida…a facility with challenged residential students.

 

Jane Anne is a member of St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church in Titusville, Florida and serves on the worship committee as a Lay Eucharist Minister and Verger. She is co-founder of “For His Glory” ministry working to help Russian Jewish orphans be adopted.  In addition, she is a volunteer Titusville Playhouse assisting in the scholarship program and providing a scholarship in the “Rising Stars” children’s program.  

Ruthie Di Tucci

Global Humanitarian Reserve

Florida

Ms Di Tucci is originally from New York City, is the director of Global Humanitarian Reserve and Syndicatednews.net.  She as worked at SDC Recording Studio, a company where she learned the first aspects o Public Service Announcements and radio commercials.  She also worked for with BBD&O agency where she found a source of clients and talents, giving her opportunity that she knew how to take advantage of.  As an outreach professor at the University of Columbia, she taught the subject “Practical Computes” and “Software Applications”.  She also contributed to McKinsey & Co. and McKinsey’s “Next Steps” where she received a large part of her practical hands-on business education providing excellent solutions to clients.

Dr. Al Koller, President

In 2013, Dr. Koller, after 55 years in the aerospace industry, retired as the Principal Investigator for SpaceTEC, the National Science Foundation’s National Aerospace Resource Center, and Managing Director of SpaceTEC Partners, Inc., overseeing operations of SpaceTEC® — the National Science Foundation’s National Center of Excellence for Aerospace Technical Education. He was a senior educational administrator at Brevard Community College (now Eastern Florida State College) for 21 years and was a NASA engineer and program manager at the Kennedy Space Center for more than 32 years.  He remains active as president of the e3 Company of Florida, LLC.

Bradford W. Pendleton

Senior Accountant

Mr Pendleton is currently the Senior Accountant for BWPEN Associates, LLC in Perrysburg, Ohio.  Brad joined the firm with his father 10 years ago.  After the death of his father, Brad continued the family accounting services business.  Brad’s primarily work’s with small businesses in the construction, professional services, and not for profit industries.  BWPEN Associates has served No One Hungry and its accounting and tax needs since its incorporation in 2018   Brad has worked as a financial auditor, staff accountant and senior accountant for various CPA firms in California and Ohio for 8 years before joining an accounting and tax preparation practice with his father.  Brad received a BSBA from Bowling Green State University and is an Authorized US-IRS Tax Preparer.
